How to Buy

Crystalcraft is proud to introduce an online buying facility. Customers are cordially invited to use the headings on the left to view available products, together with customisation options and then to buy online.

We also offer the option of you sending us your own artwork (subject to our assessment of its suitability) for inclusion on your chosen item, we will then give you a personalised quotation based on the above details before you decide to buy.

Follow the steps below:-

  • Use the navigation to view the product range.
    Select the item that you want.
  • You may buy items from the range personalised to your requirements from a whole host of existing artwork.
  • If the item allows personalisation then the number of letters/ numbers is 50 including spaces. If you need a bigger message please contact us in advance.
  • You need to add your selected product and then return to the site (Continue Shopping) and click on the Add Engraving Section. Enter the message required – if applicable (50 Characters) and then click Buy – Engraving is charged at an additional £5 per item.
  • Continue shopping until your order is complete.
  • You may check out and pay using your credit or debit card.
  • All payments are handled by Paypal a market leader in online security and fraud prevention.
  • The online facility also allows you to send in your own artwork for a bespoke quotation.
  • If you wish to use your own alternative artwork you will need to email us on artwork@crystalcraft.org.uk - You can submit your design for pre production quotation (At no charge).
  • If you need any assistance or wish to buy a product other than those listed we may still be able to assist – contact us using the details on the contact page.

Delivery Costs

Crystalcraft is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders OVER £150-00p.

For smaller orders Paypal automatically adds Postage and Packing at the checkout stage and in accordance with the following scale of charges:-

  • Orders 1p to £9.99p (GBP) = £4.95p
  • Orders £10.00p to £24.99p (GBP) = £5.95p
  • Orders £25.00p to £149.99p (GBP) = £8.95p
  • Orders £150.00p and above (GBP) = FREE
